Lower bottom transmission pan-watch out fluid will come out! Filter is right there, will be silver, pull straight out, there is a seal that will stay in trans, new filter will come with that. When you put pan back on tighten bolts to about 10-12 foot pounds add about 2.5 L dex III trans fluid run and check with running you add fluid through dipstick tube, it will take a while to see accurate level there will still be fluid in the tube recheck several times and check for leaks.
