From what you've written i'm assuming that ABCDE were the only options and you want to know what percent for each alphabet. Here's how you can calculate:

1/ Add up all the numbers 128+248+28+12+184=600



2/ Let's calculate how many people went for A. 128/600

You divide it. 0.2133333333333333....



3/You multiply this number by 100 to convert it into a percentage.

So, 0.2133333333333333.......... x 100= 21.333333333................%



About 21% voted for A.
