Calling all runners: Healthy meal help?

Hey everyone. I'm 14 years old and I decided to change my lifestyle 3 weeks ago. I am not a beginner runner as I was on the Cross Country team. I gained a little weight since Autumn and I need to lose it, but I have one problem. Calorie intake.

I am 5'3 and weigh about 109 lbs. I have no clue what to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I need your advice to guide me on what I should eat. Remember that I am still young, I have no experience in cooking. (haha).. If you'd like, please write the recipe and how to cook them too. Sorry for the inconvenience!
