HELP! I NEED UNIVERSAL CODE 4 MY T.V?

ok, well i have a flat screen t.v the brand is called insignia nd i lost the remote i bought this universal t.v controller its from philips but i lost the manuel for the t.v so now i cant turn the t.v on at all unless i get up and change the channel on the t.v but i have movie nights and i have no idea how to swtich it to see the movie so can i get some ladies and gents?

the universal control is 4m philips and the t.v is 4m insignia
