On Microsoft Outlook 2003 in the calendar, how can I change the order of the banners on a given day?

At work we have a specific event labeled as all day for each working day corresponding to our instructional curriculum (';day 1'; ';day 2'; ';day 3';, etc.) Problem is we have multiple events on any given day, and our ';work day'; labels do not line up. My supervisor has asked me to figure out how to get them to the very top of the banner list, but so far I have not had any luck. Any suggestions are very much appreciated.
