How to change bgm music in SSF4?

Ok so i was playing ssf4 in versus wit a friend offline and i couldnt get the bgm music of balrog or cody (they're my faves) and i tried the arranged bgm thing in the options i put on and still nuttin is there sumthin im missing ? plz tell me lol
